Why I built this

I wanted one place for everything I’ve done. Most of my work lives inside products that never had my name on them, or that never launched. A resume doesn’t hold that well.

I also wanted a place to write and ship. Writing makes me finish a thought. Shipping makes me finish the thing.

I’ll write about three things here:

• Fintech and credit systems, and what I’m learning about them.
• Building in a domain you don’t know yet.
• Product work as an engineer: finding the real problem behind a request, and checking whether the fix worked.

Posts will be short. Some will be wrong, and I’ll say so when I find out.
